Free Delivery
Means free standard delivery to all mainland UK destinations stated within Parcel Force Worldwide standard Zone 1.

This is because some areas of the UK are subject to higher prices and longer delivery times because of their (relatively) remote locations.
Delivery usually takes
3 – 5 working days from date of order, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services; however we aim to deliver next working day wherever possible.
For security reasons we can only send electronic items to the billing address of your account.
Items weighing less than 2 kilos priced
under £25 will be sent by
1st Class Royal Mail.
Items weighing less than 2 kilos priced
£25 - £75 will be sent by
recorded delivery and will require a signature on delivery.
Items weighing less than 2 kilos priced
£75 and above will be sent by
special delivery and will require a signature on delivery.
EU Delivery
International orders (within the EU) are sent by Royal Mail or by our courier Parcel Force Worldwide. They take between 3 and 5 working days to be delivered. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight, and value of the order. If in doubt please Email us at
customerservices@inspectagadgetuk.com with full product details and the address and we will respond within one working day with a quotation for delivery to your required destination.
Our Returns Policy
Our returns policy is simple!
Our returns policy is valid for
28 days from receipt of an item.
Our Returns Procedure
Returns Authorisation
You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. Please follow our simple and easy guidelines. Please note we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number.
Packing the item
Wrap the item securely and include the
invoice along with your
returns authorisation email. Usually the packaging in which the item was sent can be used for its return.
Faulty or defective items
If the item you receive is faulty please contact our Customer Support team at
customerservices@inspectagadgetuk.com quoting your order reference, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for your return.
All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a refund, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt. We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (providing that it is still available) or refund your card. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
Please note refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund your costs in returning it to us. The item(s) must be returned within 28 days of purchase.
Change of heart
Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc); otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. delivery charge. Please note that the costs of returning item(s) to us as a result of a change of heart must be borne by you. In any event, the item(s) must be returned within 28 days of purchase. When first trying out your new toy or gadget please do so somewhere clean and safe – we can’t replace scratched, torn, muddy or damaged stock.
Perishable Goods
We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods. Goods that include software: Any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened.
Items lost in transit
We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us we recommend sending the packages by Recorded/Special Delivery.
Complaints Procedure
InspectaGadgetuk takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of time and effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to Emails within one working day of receipt whether they enquiries or complaints. All your feedback is appreciated.

Governing Law and Contract Formation
The technical steps required creating the contract between you and we are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the “submit” button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
- We will send you an Order Confirmation Email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an acceptance from InspectaGadget.
- At the same time as your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a Despatch Confirmation Email.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following reasons:
- The products you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing, product or offer description error.
- You do not meet the eligibility to order
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and /or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
